One benefit of choosing a new senior living community like Vista Point at Fairview is knowing everything is being designed and built from the ground up. Of course, that also means it can be hard to picture what the finished community will look like. How spacious will the dining venues be? How much seating will the common areas offer, and what will they look like? Will natural light pour in through large windows? Will there be views of the Thames River?
Not long ago, the only way to envision a community under construction was through a few static images that offered only a vague idea of the design. Today, advanced technology allows us to share detailed senior living renderings that showcase our vision — right down to carpet colors, countertops, tile, window treatments, and more.
